Research On The Internationalization Of China's Securities Market And Its Strategy Selection Under New Situation

The internationalization of securities markets in China has long been a theoretical and practical issue. At least there are three reasons to account for the necessity of our studies on the internationalization of Chinese securities markets. First of all, nowadays, with the development of economics in the world, there has been a prevailing tendency in the internationalization of securities markets; many individual economics have been more and more integrated. Secondly, as far as the development of Chinese economic is concerned, with the entry in World Trade Organization, China must accordingly open its securities market both on an advanced style and on a larger scale. The third reason is, theoretically speaking, existing studies regarding the internationalization of securities markets have somewhat lagged behind the realistic development of the securities markets all over the world. To concluded, it will be better serve the forthcoming development of Chinese securities market if we further our studies on the internationalization of securities market systemically.The whole thesis can be divided into five chapters.Chapter one gives the meaning and method to this topic, the relative research by other scholars, and as well as the issue to be settled.Chapter two present a general introduction of the internationalization of securities markets, such as the definitions and contents, the requirement of WTO, the theoretical development, and the positive & negative effect to economic development.Chapter three describe the basic investment theory of securities market, namely, smart investor establish and manage the portfolio, and conduct quantitative analysis to the Return & Risk of investment. Besides, the application of investment theory in international securities markets also is mentioned in the third part.Chapter four introduce the path of China's securities market, mainly points out the development trace and achievement of China's securities market in the last two decades, the present situation and the existing issues, and the relationship between internationalization of securities markets and the security of state economy.Chapter five provide strategies selection for internationalization of securities market, and put forward the basic principle, the strategy target selection and the step of internationalization of China's securities market, in addition, the improvement of securities market, laws& rules establishment, the quality of securities market services and the strategies for security of state economy are given for the development of securities market in China.
