| Recent years, the petrochemical industry is going to aim for fining. 1,2,4-trimethyl-benzene, 1,3,5-trimethyl-benzene, and 1,2,3-trimethyl-benzene from catalitic reforming unit are important aspect on the utilization of aromatic hydrocarbons. They are important materials of fining chemistry and premise fining processing. They have not only additional value but also unique characteristic. The utilization of aromatic hydrocarbons can act in accord with development stratagem in petrochemical industry and bring significance to increase economic benefit.The laboratory research of 1,3,5-trimethylbenzen has been done, which determined the best reaction condition of alkylating agent and the catalyst system in order to find out the influence of each reaction condition. The research indicated chlorobutane law had many advantages to propylene law that applied in the industry at present. Such as it reacted with C9 component easily, and had strong ability to eliminate the 1-methl,2-ethyl benzene. It could increase outputof 1,3,5-trimethylbenzen and hold suitable reaction temperature. Compared with the methods of isobutene and the MTBE exhaust law, it would have feasibility to realize the industrialization.From the practical actuality in Jinzhou Petrochemical Co., The separation technical condition, route and operation condition of 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene have been studied and laid a strong emphasis on the study of factors that affected the product quality. A new type of CY700 metallic wire wavy mesh was adopted, and three towers were used in the process .The processing capacity of raw materials have been increased from 25000ton/a to 4000 ton/a through the experiment. Also 8500t/a of 1,2,3-trimethylbenzene, 1000t/a of 1,3,5-trimethylbenzen and solvent oil have been produced in the identical equipment. The purity of 1,2,3-trimethylbenzene rose from original 97% to 98.5%, the purity of 1,3,5-trimethylbenzen arrived to 99%. |
