Research On The Deficiencies And Improvement Of Bank-Enterprise System In Reform

With the acceleration of the process of economic integration in the world economy and the deepening of the reform of China, the relationship between banks and enterprises are undergoing a series of profound changes. Both of their demands gradually transits to a market-based selection phase.This paper mainly explores the changes and deep-seated contradictions campaign of bank-enterprise relations and tries to build health and long-lasting bank-enterprise relations accord with the law of the development of market economy.The main content of the paper as follow:Chapter 1 is introduction. It mainly introduces the background and significance of selection of topic and the contents and framework of the paper.Chapter 2 is reference summary as to bank-enterprise system, including financial capital theory, soft budget constraints theory, information theory and the relationship between them and bank-enterprise system. It still involves some study results of Chinese scholars.Chapter 3 analyzes the modern west model of bank-enterprise relations by comparison. This chapter mainly research American market bank-enterprise relations under market-dominant financial system, Japan and Germany's organized bank system and presided bank system under bank-dominant financial system, the main features of bank-enterprise relations in development with different models. We hope that this can benefit Chinese construction of bank-enterprise relations.Chapter 4 explores the evolution, status quo and effects of Chinese bank-enterprise system.
