With the full liberalization of sustainable development of the domestic economy,the growth of personal wealth and financial market,improve the level of satisfaction of customers,for customers has become an important means of N bank Lvliang branch has been competitive in the individual customers on the market.The relevant theories of domestic and international customer satisfaction in reading and then,starting from the actual situation of N bank Lvliang branch,using survey research,literature analysis,case analysis,system analysis of the specific circumstances of the bank in terms of customer satisfaction,the core factors are studied,and the the questionnaire on the market collect a lot of first-hand information,make a research on the basis of customer satisfaction management of Lvliang branch of N bank in objective problems.Analysis of N bank Lvliang branch in customer satisfaction problems.Finally,aiming at the existing problems,from the optimization of staffing,improve the overall quality of staff,the use of "Internet plus" to improve service efficiency,improve network information service level,reduce the pressure to do business shunt network business,improve customer complaint handling mechanism etc.put forward improvement strategy of N bank Lvliang branch outlets customer satisfaction.This paper focuses on the business needs of the banking industry,analyzes the reality of customer satisfaction of N branch of Bank of Lvliang,and puts forward a clear improvement plan.It is hoped that this scheme can be used as a reference and guidance for the improvement of customer satisfaction of N bank Lvliang branch.
