A Study On ERP In Lubricants Cooperation

The information construction is the important method to promote the Sinopec's whole management level and the market competition strength, also is the way that must be taken to construct the international world-class energy chemical industry company. The strategic sense that Sinopec to implement ERP lies in the introduction of international advanced enterprise's best service practice, to speed up to connect with the international economy, and to promote the strength of participating international competition; to strengthen enterprise's unified operation and centralized management; to promote the whole management level and monitoring ability; to indicate the determination and the confidence to the international and domestic investor that Sinopec operates standard.ERP is a service operation and management system that collect physical distribution, the fund flows and the information flow.In ERP, many scientific and advanced management thoughts are fully manifested. In order to achieve the corporate's growth goal, and to greet the international market competition, the information technology application becomes especially important. Sinopec has already impled the ERP project gradually at present. AS one of the Sinopec ERP Project Promotion Units , how the Lubricants Cooperation takes the effective action and measure to succeed designing ,to discuss and study this question has practical significance.This article elaborated the ERP development course, the management thought, in our country's application course briefly, domestic and foreign ERP correlation software contrast analysis, and domestic and foreign petroleum profession ERP project implementation situation investigation. This article discusses the design of the ERP project implementation plan,in view of the lubricating oil profession characteristic and shows the planning of production(PP) module as the example , finally summaries the design process experience and gives some advice to the enterprise.
