The lubricating oil may prevent dry friction between the friction and reduce wear caused by friction.At the same time play a rust,cooling,sealing and other effects.The lubricating oil plays an important role in aviation,shipbuilding,railway,power,cement,machinery manufacturing and other industries.And lubricating oil industry is an industry closely related to national industry and people's livelihood,which is very sensitive to macroeconomic.For more than ten years,China's economy has maintained its high-speed growth and has become the world's second largest economy.China's lubricants market has also become the world's largest lubricant market.R company is a Chinese national brand lubricants company,positioning high-end and internationalization.It has the largest market share in the Chinese market and is currently in an intense market share with international brand lubricant companies.That raises higher requirements for R company's marketing strategy.This article takes R company's lubricant marketing strategy as the research object.First of all,this article studies the research status of lubricating oil marketing strategies abroad and domestically.Secondly,this article researches and analyzes the R company's development history,production capacity,scientific research structure,and sales system,and uses SWOT analysis method to research and analyze R company's internal environment and external environment.At the same time,it uses the actual investigation method for R company.The company's marketing status has conducted in-depth research and analysis.Thirdly,this article points out the problems in R company's product line design,sales structure,channel construction,and promotion strategy,and uses comparative analysis and logical reasoning methods to study the causes of the problems.Finally,this paper uses 4P theory combined with SWOT analysis to study and formulate optimization strategies from R company's products,prices,channels,and sales promotion.It includes: identifying high,medium,and low grades of product lines,vouching for high-end product status,and continuing to develop maintenance products.Product lines,establish a flexible and diversified pricing system,expand OEM aftermarket and internet marketing channels,and enrich publicity methods and methods.
