The modern enterprise is in the environment of a rapid scientific and technological progress. As the acceleration of the process of globalization of the world economy and the shortening of the product life cycles, innovation has become the theme of the development. "Innovation is the soul of a nation's progress and prosperity of the country inexhaustible power." Technology Innovation has been a tremendous role for the world economic growth, which has been recognized. Therefore, the research and concerns of technical innovation has become an important subject.Austrian-American economist Schumpeter in 1912 was first proposed an innovative idea that innovation is the essence of economic development. Thence the research on technological innovation becomes a new subject. In recent years, Chinese scholars in the study of technological innovation have made a lot of achievements .But technological innovation of the car parts industry is still at the theoretical level, which is lack of empirical research. The article systemic analyses the internal and external environment and their own advantages and disadvantages and makes comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of global procurement and auto parts industry in the technological innovation which is based on the background of the globalization of the world economy and global procurement for the auto parts industry. It develops the point that technology innovation is a long-term strategy on the basis of the development and protection .And further raises on how to deal with the impact of foreign enterprises, how to catch up with technology and beyond, and brings forward feasible technological innovation manner, catching model and stage.The research subject of the paper is the typical state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises, which should be representative. In this paper we have come to the conclusion which will make the reference to the relevant enterprises. We hope to draw some business help and guidance to the development of the similar enterprise in our country.
