Chinese Iron And Steel Enterprises Of Integrated Technological Innovation Strategies

The author studies the strategy problem about enterprises' integration technologyinnovation under the new situation for building innovative nation in this paper, andmakes the analysis and study on the innovation practice and the construction situationof the technological innovation system, which come from the important Chinese ironand rare-earth industry base and the biggest industry enterprise in Inner Mongoliaself-governing area, Baotou Iron and Steel (Group) Company. The author analyzessome problems existing in Chinese enterprises and BAOGANG GROUP, and makesthe comparation and study about them at the same time. The author also analyzes thetechnological innovation's successful and failing experience of domestic and overseaenterprises.The author clarifies that the five factors, which are ability, fund, sciencetechnology, market and management mechanism, are the key elements oftechnological innovation, and also are the difficult problems during the course oftechnological innovation in enterprises. He points out that technological innovation isthe complex systems engineering, and is also a Complex Giant System with manydimensionalities. There is an innovation's small environment that is innerenvironment, which includes every element in the enterprise's value chain. There isalso an innovation's big environment out of the enterprise that is out environment,which includes government, agency organization, scientific research academy, college,the up and down client and international innovation resource. It is an importantproject to carry out the integration and optimization about the inner and outenvironment, and also it is a key problem that enterprises make and carry outtechnological innovation.Look back the technological innovation process of China and the technologicalinnovation process of BAOGANG GROUP, and prospect the innovation foregroundof international steel industry. The author thinks that tinder the industrial innovationand the business enterprise intense competition environment, BAOGANG GROUP should set up the integration technique innovation system across the rule "an interiorangle pyramid in the circle" and make a techonological innovation strategy across therule "integration+opens" which is as his characteristic, strengthen the technologicalinnovation ability and international and demestic market competition ability ofbusiness enterprises, and create a new BAOGANG GROUP that owns newinnovation system, live mechanism and the great competition.This paper clarifies that the technological innovation of the business enterprise isthe systems engineering, which combines the technique and economy together.
