In the period of priority development ,the main task is telephone penetration. Through financial and material resources and preferential policies telecommunications enterprises developed rapidly. After separating the mechanism of competition, corporate restructuring, open competition, as well as the accession to the WTO ,telecom firms have formed an open competitive situation. At present, "5 +1" competition pattern has been formed . Telecom firms'competition is fierce very much.Because of a lack of a high level of competition ,business competition started by the price war mainly. With the liberalization of competition in the formation of future competition will feature the new changes. Competition from the content of network competition into service competition,and competition from the characteristics of homogenization into difference. Telecom enterprises will change from the pursuit of the number of users users to focus on quality. Enterprises will change because of changes of the competitive features. The results of restructuring enterprises is service-oriented enterprises,comprehensive information service enterprises,cooperation and competition enterprises.Based on the general business environment for external and internal resources, the core competitive edge theoretical research, come to the telecommunications industry within the external environment and the characteristics of the telecommunications business development strategy.Competition in the telecommunications industry is the development trend through recalling China's telecommunications industry development. By analyzing fixed network enterprises Tianjin Netcom company'the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges, I have devised a series of corporate restructuring measures about technology, management, operations, services. Through theoretical analysis and practical research , I identified the need to achieve the goals. The building of enterprise culture is the basis for restructuring ;Innovation and transformation management is the key ;To introduce new technology and provide new business is a means of restructuring;Improve enterprise competitiveness of the market is in transition protection.
