It is well-known that mobile operators'strategies aimed at expanding their markets at high speed largely depend on an wide and effective marketing service distribution system.With the intensity of competition in this market and with the diversity of mobile telecommunications business, the construction and management of marketing service distribution system implemented by mobile operators have been increasingly strengthened in accordance with demands of the changeable market. In general,their management in this aspect has a tendency of transforming from an extensive and separate type into an regular and intensive one.This paper mainly states the formation, current conditions, and analysis of problems in terms of the marketing service distribution system for Yantai mobile telecommunications Co., and furthermore explores deeper reasons for the problems in question. Meanwhile, based on the theory of T style distribution, it makes research into the development trend and then works out improvement strategies with respect to business distribution service, managers distribution service tailered for major clients, and 1860-the hot-line service respectively.Combining theories of modern marketing service distribution with business practices of Yantai mobile telecommunications Co.,this paper elaborates the topic by citing a large amount of documents, statistics data, and results of marketing research, in the hope of making contributions to enterprises for improving the current conditions of marketing service in this line.
