A Study On Adjustment Of Distribution And Structure Of State-owned Economy In Hebei Province

In our country, the fact that the scale of the state-owned economy is in high side,the structure of the state-owned capital's distribution is extensive and the state-ownedenterprise fall into dire straits in the new situation. This position of the state-ownedenterprises is disturbed requires that in the course of reform of the enterprises, weshould have the view that adjustment of distribution and structure of state-ownedeconomy is the key to develop a leading role or an important function in nationaleconomy.Hebei province is tire economic center of North China and an important industrial base.The effect of state-owned enterprises has developed awfully since the governmentmade the reform of state-owned enterprises in the center of the whole series ofeconomic reforms. But there are many questions relatively behind the reform ofmarket-economy system.This paper analyzes the status of state-owned economy in Hebei province, and discussesthe direction and tendency of the adjustment of state-owned economy's distributionand structure. At last it offers some ideas on the strategic adjustment according to thenature of state-owned economy.
