nowadays,humanity has entered a knowledge-based neweconomy.On one hand, with the progress of society,ordinary people areable to strengthen their concept of democracy and democraticmanagement is desired increasingly,which makes mandatory leadershipmeans relying on control and orders in the past to be unsuitable for ourenterprises;on the other hand,with the spread of knowledge,peopleimprove the quality of their lives,and knowledge workers share of theworkforce is growing. They have strong self-esteem,high levels ofdemand,self-management ability and desire to enhance,which sets higherequirements for leadership style.In addition, information technology,networking,and Globalization make enterprises face a very uncertainvariables and unknown world.What kind of leadership will be able to leathe organization to adapt to a rapidly changing environment? This is a big challenge,today our orangniation need effective leader is in a hurry.However,leader is not only a scince but a art,looking back over the study on leadership at homeland abroad,most remain in the stage of trend analysis.In my inspection ofhe documents and datum,systematic study on the composition, character,pplicability and methods to implement of effective leadership is little.after reading a large number of literatures,I defined effective leadership,explained the characteristics and necessity of effective leadership,andnalyzed some factors affecting leading model and three typical models ofeadership,on this basis of which, established a win-win effective leadership mode as well as explain the composition, characteristics and itspplicability.Finally,the premise and specific implementation methods effecive leadership are discussed,and recommendations on implementation are given.
