The Study Of Anti-dumping And The Coping Strategies

China frequently suffered foreign sanctions of anti-dumping measures, which has important and direct impact to our export trade. It's important to learn useful experience from other countries on anti-dumping legislation, perfecting our own anti-dumping legislation as soon as possible. Also to keep normal trade order and protect domestic industries effectively is the major issue that we must face to. Since China has entered WTO, and the trade frictions and disputes on anti-dumping will be occurring more and more, which made China passive in the way on enhancing the effectiveness of exports and accelerate integration into the global economy. How to make positive and effective strategy to deal with the issue of foreign anti-dumping has been placed before us. In this paper I will conduct and summarize on the basis of the research that elaborating the theory of dumping and anti-dumping, I will analysis "Anti-dumping Agreement" and anti-dumping laws of the major developed countries. Combining with China's anti-dumping law system status and the reason of foreign anti-dumping investigation on our country, I will study the problems and shortcomings on the theory and practice of our anti-dumping and Put forward some proposals.The first part is some basic problems on dumping and anti-dumping laws, such as their origin,concept,categories and structure, and also I give a brief-intro about the history of anti-dumping laws and other basic theoretical issues.In the par two, I analyze some other nations' anti-dumping legislation, focus of Canada, the United States and the EU anti-dumping legal sources, and also introduce the present situation of our nation's anti-dumping.In the part three, I analyze the reasons of the anti-dumping against our country, viewing from the current situation. Because of the rapid development of China's foreign trade, the cases of Chinese products suffered anti-dumping have been growing more and more, which has seriously effect to the normal activities of our foreign trade.In the part four, my suggestion is about how to perfect the strategy on countering the anti-dumping. We must speed up the construction of China's anti-dumping legislation, improve our country's competition policy, create anti-dumping law environment, sound anti-dumping early warning mechanism, manipulate the rules of WTO reasonable, perfect mechanisms that respond to anti-dumping, play to the role of trade associations, strengthen the building of the Personnel of anti-dumping ,and solving the problem of market economy status earlier.
