Corporate social responsibility since the 20th century is highlighted in management, economics, ethics, law, and other areas of the important concepts. Throughout the world, members of the society demands of corporate social responsibility growing calls in China, corporate social responsibility is also constructing a harmonious relationship between business and society are an important prerequisite for. However, there are still many enterprises through various ways to avoid the social responsibility of the play, this is because these enterprises believe that social responsibility will lead to lower performance of the economy. Based on the study of corporate social responsibility start with business stakeholders theory, to put on stakeholder perspective of corporate social responsibility management methods, guiding enterprises operating in the practice of their social responsibility through the effective management, to upgrade economic performance, business and society to achieve the ultimate goal of a win-win situation.First, in this paper on the review of corporate social responsibility research, analysis of the business community must assume responsibility for the enterprises should undertake social responsibility in a defined meaning. This paper believes that the enterprise through social responsibility to improve their economic performance, but must strengthen the social responsibility of management, social responsibility will be incorporated into the management of the entire system of corporate strategy. On this basis, the proposed corporate social responsibility must abide by the principle.Secondly, in order to make up for the theory of corporate social responsibility is not clear target of the deficiencies, the paper attention to the stakeholder theory. Based on the enterprise stakeholders nature of the analysis, stakeholders and corporate relations is a two-way interaction, that is, not only by the operational activities, will also affect the business activities of enterprises. As enterprises will affect their stakeholders, business for the maintenance of its stakeholders interests of the proper responsibility as stakeholders to have an impact on the enterprise, the enterprise's need for its continuing operations, with the support of stakeholders, and to eliminate them the negative impact on enterprises, and these enterprises also need to bear the responsibility of stakeholders to achieve. In short, enterprises should also be stakeholders in its commitment to social responsibility as an object.Third, the paper will be with the stakeholder theory of corporate social responsibility theory, based on the proposed stakeholders perspective of social responsibility management methods. Major steps include: 1, Their stakeholders with a wide range of scanning to identify stakeholders and the general each general stakeholders largest category of the sub-groups of stakeholders. 2, for each category of stakeholders on the impact of enterprises, enterprises are calculated on the positive and negative influence on the size. 3, in accordance with positive and negative influence on the size of all stakeholders will be divided into four categories, respectively, for each category of stakeholders develop general strategies. 4, stakeholders and corporate social responsibility types of combining type and establish the "stakeholders - corporate social responsibility" matrix to help enterprises to determine for each stakeholder what social responsibility acts.
