Research On The Investment Pattern Of The Key Industry Investment In Russia Of China

As the behavior of cross-border investment, international investment has become the important means of promoting the international transfer of the factors of production and international economic cooperation. Under special circumstances and conditions that the china economy increasingly integrated into the global economic, it is of great significance for promoting the development of strategic partnership between the two countries by discussing industry choice and investment pattern of investment in Russia of China and deepening the economic cooperation.This thesis carries on deep researching to both domestic and overseas theory of foreign direct investment(FDI),which is the theory frame. Then it shows that the existing theory of foreign direct investment can not solve the problem of investment pattern on key industry investment in Russia of China.Based on the analysis of theory, this thesis analy experience for investment in Russia of China.This thesis analysis the particularities and investment climate of investment in Russia, puts forwards that three important industries which China should invest such as Forestry, mining industry and electromechanical industry. Based which, through representative comparison with investment patterns and according to the actual circumstances of China and Russia, this thesis put forwards investment pattern for the above three industries. That is to say, we should promote enterprise buy and enterprise establish in mining industry; give first place to with joint venture and drive investing in wood further processing estate in forestry; in electro mechanical industry, household electric appliance company can drive an individual proprietorship , but communication, software , computer industry should drive joint venture. Finally , this thesis analysis puts forward the suggestion on the direct investment in Russia of china from the government and enterprise.
