In recent years,with the rapid development of the economic globalization, the world famous MNCs (Multinational Corporations) carry out localization tactics on the product's manufacture and brand , talent resources , management, capital application, research and development etc, to make full use of the local resources, occupy the international markets quickly, and decrease the management risks. At last the MNCs enhance the competitive force and the local continuous growing capability, gain the maximal overseas profits. Therefore, the localization management have been some great thinking with tactics that the MNCs develop and occupy the overseas markets.In 20 years of developing, multinational corporations begin to agree on that practicing localization strategy is the only way to survive and develop in China. Under the new situation of the economic globalization, China's joining WTO and the building of China-Southeast Asia Allies Free-trade Area, our enterprises have new opportunities to walk out doors. With the pushing of our enterprises' internationalization, it is inevitable for us to face the problem how to operate the localization tactics to enhance our competition. Researching on localization of multinational corporations'strategy will be helpful in perfecting constitutions and standardizing their investments. In the mean time, it will also be useful for Chinese company to invest abroad.The article starts by studying the reasons and theory bases of localization, researches the localization tactics of the famous MNCs, such as Hair, TCL company , and points out that China's enterprises should carry out the localization tactics. At the same time, the article builds our localization tactics system, puts forward serial solutions. The article maintains that our enterprises can solve the problems well on capital, technique, talent and brand etc, to strengthen our overseas competition by carrying out the localization tactics.
