Models In Eco-Agricultural Construction And Future Development-Strategies In Lianshui County

It has been an outstanding problem that rational application of natural resources, protection of environment and maintain of ecological balance with rapid development of science and technology and expansion of human-being activities. It brings about a big challenge to durable development of agriculture. Only by ecological agriculture could it protect and improve ecological environment, help ecological balance and increase safety of agricultural products.Since 1990 it has carried out many beneficial practices and exploration in the development of ecological agricultures through some designation and items in Lianshui County. It made significant achievements in economical, environmental and social efficients so that total output in whole the county has reached 5.309 billion yuan, and 30 million of financial revenue with 40.6:30.0:29.4 of agriculture: industry: service. The structure within agriculture is becoming more rational with the ratio of 5.6:4.4 of food-crop growth to cash crops. There are more incomes for farmers, better ecological environments and natural resource conservation in Lianshui County.Through investigation and analysis of conduction of whole county, it was found that some experience could be summarized and extended in the future as follows: 1, Making the proper plans according to the location, natural resources and efficients; 2, Having more agricultural resources, labors, natural resources and social resources; 3, Continuously paying more attentions to the ecological agriculture from the administration, to result in more investment of labors, funding from nation and state; 4, Adopting the scientific and technological ways as more as possible during the implementation, including the ecological, environmental, sustainable demands; 5, Creating more new models for ecological agricultures, and combining the traditional with modern, time with space, land with water etc; 6, Having more potentials in the development of ecological agricultures due to better plans, advanced technologies, newer models, larger scales.This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign ecological agriculture research and progress, analyzes Lianshui County's existing foundation as well as the superiority and advantages to implement ecological agriculture construction, and make it clear that the ecological agriculture is an inevitable choice to realize its sustainable development. The main pattern, the necessary technology and the benefit of ecological agriculture in Lianshui County are comprehensively analyzed. And the modus operandi and the experience of ecological agriculture in recent years are also summarized. Simultaneously, according to the problems of agriculture ecological environment in Lianshui County, it proposed some plans and the suggestions to accelerate the development of ecological agriculture in Lianshui County from the aspects of policy orientation, ecological environment management, science strut, ecology pattern and so on.At last, the suitable pattern for Lianshui County ecological agriculture development is explored, and the theory basis and the development pattern for the ecological agriculture construction in other similar areas is provided.
