Research On The Influencing Factors Of Farmers’ Idle Land Use In Lianshui County Mechanism

With the rapid development of China’s economy and the acceleration of the pace of urbanization,a large number of rural population is moving to cities,and the idle land in rural areas is increasing,which seriously threatens national food security and affects the stability of rural economy and society,becoming an urgent problem to be solved.In recent years,although the government has issued many policies to solve the problem of idle land in rural areas,there are many historical legacy problems in rural areas,and there are still relatively poor rural environment,incomplete relevant laws and regulations,incomplete implementation of relevant policies,and incomplete idle land management system.In this paper,by studying the factors affecting the use of idle land by farmers in Lianshui County,to understand the problems that farmers really care about and face in the process of using idle land,explore the interaction between the factors affecting the use of idle land by farmers,lianshui County to correctly deal with the problem of idle land in rural areas is of great significance.This paper expounds the concepts of idle land in rural areas,from lianshui county farmers use of idle land scale and form,idle land use policy and system,idle land use main body,idle land utilization present situation analysis,recognize the lianshui county farmers idle land use of the advantage and disadvantage,It lays a foundation for the identification,screening and analysis of factors affecting the use of idle land by farmers in Lianshui County,and lays a foundation for digging out the problems existing in the use of idle land by farmers in Lianshui County.Secondly,the key factors of idle land use of farmers in Lianshui County are screened by summarizing the relevant researches of many scholars and combining with the actual situation of idle land use in Lianshui County.Then,on the basis of other scholars’ studies on the influencing factors of idle land,a comprehensive research model with internal and external factors as the main factors was constructed.Relevant data were obtained through questionnaire survey,and the model hypothesis was verified through quantitative analysis.Finally,based on relevant literature research,questionnaire data analysis and model empirical results,the influencing factors of idle land use of farmers in Lianshui County are found,and corresponding suggestions are put forward for farmers and government respectively.In order to alleviate the current idle rural land situation,further promote the use of idle rural land,improve farmers’ lives,increase farmers’ income.The research conclusions are as follows: In terms of the factors affecting the use of idle land by farmers in Lianshui County,the use of idle land by farmers is mainly affected by internal factors and external factors.Internal factors include personal factors and family factors,while external factors include political factors,economic factors,social factors and technical factors.Among them,policy support,social environment and technical training have a significant positive impact on farmers’ willingness to use idle land.In promoting lianshui county idle land use countermeasures and suggestions: suggestions to farmers,first,strengthen legal awareness,improve legal literacy,with legal weapons to overcome public opinion;Second,change the traditional concept,enhance the confidence of agricultural production,firm individual ideal faith;Thirdly,broaden the scope of employment,practice new agricultural production skills,improve personal ability;Fourth,explore agricultural business opportunities,explore new channels for agricultural development,and be brave in innovation and creation.Suggestions to the government: first,increase the publicity of land policies and laws and regulations,so that the awareness of law deeply rooted in the people;Second,improve rural infrastructure construction,for farmers to lay a material foundation for innovation and entrepreneurship;Third,the establishment of idle land information management system,to promote the efficient use of idle land to provide technical support;Fourth,create a good agricultural employment environment to protect farmers’ vital interests.
