A Comparative Study Of The Housing Finance In China And South Korea

This study examined the status of the housing finance system and organizations inChina and South Korea.In the process of the economic development in China and South Korea, they happento meet the same problem, about an urban housing problem. After that the twocounties had started in progressive reform in the housing finance system.At first, this study begins with the study of the prior-sale system. I had made anobservation of the housing system and policy between the two countries. The studyexamined the housing supply system in China and South Korea, and found a strongconnection between the supply system and the housing finance.Because we can find out the short of the similar study in this part between China andSouth Korea for a long time, after this study of the housing finance, I wish that thisstudy would lead to the another study about this part as well as another one.This study adopted the comparative method. In order to understand the housingfinance between the two countries, the main contents is connected with the process ofthe housing market and status between the two counties. After this, I compared withthe housing finance system and a tendency of the change between the two counties.Making a comparative study is the one of the good way in scientific research.Especially in the different districts or countries a lot of researches are using the wayof the study.
