White-collar worker is a new hierarchy which appeared after reform and opening to the outside world in our country, and it's also a cosmopolitan phenomenon. The number and social influence of this group are constantly expanding, which is becoming the spark plug of society, manifested as an important hierarchy."White-collar job-hopping"also has been triggered the discussion in a variety of community, and become the focus of people's attention.This paper is made by extensive references to describe generally about the white-collar workers quit in our country. Which is, the number of"white-collar job-hopping"is plentiful, quit rates are relatively high , the ratio of the number of prepared to quit in a short period is superiorly.Combining with the documents, the paper makes pointed questionnaire survey to white-collar workers, and analysis the results in the help of the SPSS statistical software in order to indicate the main influencing factors. Which are compensation, self-development and the relationship with leaders and colleagues. Furthermore, from the analysis of Chinese enterprises have the lower concern about the leisure time of the staff from this analysis.Ultimately, directed towards the analysis, the paper put forward a coping strategy in order to help the enterprises to avert the risk from the"white-collar job-hopping".
