A Study About Stackelberg Model Applying To Ordering Behaviors In Supply Chain

With the development of science and technology and the new economy, the competition for globalization market and the management mode of Enterprise have changed, a notable sign of change is, competition has already turned into supply chain compete between supply chain from the competition between enterprise and enterprise. Some enterprise have had certain supply chain technology method, but still have a lot of problems , they did not understand the connotation of supply chain. In fact, supply chain management prefer to work together and be in harmony. More and more enterprise managers and scholars are focusing on the problem that how to reduce the total cost of ordering activities by supply chain harmonizes.The study will begin from supply chain coordinated the ordering behaviors, I will analyze the supplier - producer, the distributor - customer's cost, then introduce Stackelberg model, achieve to the goal of reducing the supply chain's total ordering cost. The article summarizes domestic and foreign scholars' theories about supply chain firstly, then analysis the factors which influence supply chain coordinated, analysis in the supply chain ordering coordinated supplier and producer's gambling relations, introduces Stackelberg model, then constructs the corresponding cost model separately, and carries on the solution using the genetic algorithm to solute these questions. At last, confirm with an automobile Manufacturing firm's case.
