This paper mainly analyzes the current bottleneck of sales situation of Chinese as a foreign language teaching textbooks and audio-video products. It puts forward solutions to the problem and focuses on researching on the e-commerce platform design and implementation program for Linese.com under the e-commerce environment. The research only focuses on the sales and management program of textbooks and audio-video products. It does not concern other electronic informatization process of Linese.com.In the context of the e-commerce globalization, combining the practical situation of our company, this paper analyzes current Chinese as a foreign language teaching textbooks and audio-video products sales situation, and makes the structure goals of the e-commerce platform and the implementation program for Linese.com. This paper puts forward the concept of taking Chinese as a foreign language teaching textbooks to the global distribution with the rest of the world co-operating this e-commerce platform. Using chain management, procurement management, customer relationship management, sales management and human resources management concept, this paper discusses VOC company's management modules' functions and roles in the process of building this e-commerce platform and also the payment management and the inventory management. It also poses the implement objectives and strategies of the e-commerce platform, step-by-step description of the specific implementation planning, the possible risks, and ways to control them. It describes VOC company's e-commerce desired effect at last.Concerning the building and implementing of VOC's e-commerce platform, the author puts forward some preliminary solutions here, which need to be further refined. The author also hopes that this paper can be played a reference by other companies.
