ERP receives the enterprise the attention as an effective enterprise information solution day by day.The thesis base on ZW Company, join theorical research and practical application together. first of all, This thesis introduced theconception of ERP system, origin and development , implementation course , function modules and the applied situation of ERP system both domestic and abroad, then the paper studied and analyze both inner and outside environment of ZW Company, and have wholly analyze the development and usage of information system, and have found problems that exist inside of the system. the author gives the specific technical scheme and its perfect measure of the system updating and restructure, and through the test operation of ERP system of the ZW Company, make an evaluation between the ERP system pre-and post, then the author gives an analysis for implementation effect. Following that, this paper provides a set of efficient mechanic of information system that will support the development of the group in a long period of time. Finally, a brief summary is given and the author pointed out that the implementation of ERP system is a continuously process, it is necessary to ensure enough flexibility after implementation.This thesis is studied the construction and perfect measure of ZW Company's ERP system.
