In21stcentury, each enterprise must enhance its competitiveness to face the moreand more severe living environment in the intensifying competition, And the drivingforce of the promotion of competitive power is the human resources, the good humanresources combination is the core elements for each company to develop. Humanresource planning is the basis and the starting point for the human resourcesmanagement, which also stipulates the enterprise human resources managementactivities of method, purpose and direction. The efficiency of a perfect human resourceplanning to improve the human resources management is obvious. After all, thecompetition in the21stcentury is talent competition.The implementation of the plan of a enterprise human resources is the researchcontent in this paper. Finally, the article summarizes the research contents, and put forward the nextstep in the research content of research prospect.According to the needs of the management and planning of human resources, webuild a planning and forecasting model using all sorts of theory and method, and make aplan for the enterprise human resources, and put forward a strategic human resourceplanning solutions. It provides a reference value for the industry of our country in human resources development and management, and also put forward some referencesignificance in the human resources planning work.
