Because of the increasingly intense competition of fixed telephone services, value-added services become the new revenue growth point of telecom operators. With the popularity of mobile phones, mobile value-added services even become the more developed business in recent years, however, there also bring up some corresponding problems with such rapid development at the same time. In order to regulate the market, ensure the healthy development of value-added services market, the wireless value-added market laws are gradually consummated. From 2004 to the end of 2007, mobile operators have promulgated a series of policies to adjust. And the core of this adjustment is controlling the unreasonable mobile value-added service channels by controlling the sharing of information among related roles of industry chain.This thesis puts channels as a basis resource into the daily operation factors of mobile value-added service, then analyzes and expounds the importance of channel resources. After that, it combines the mobile operators' policies and information sharing policies efficiently. It makes the sharing information into quantity by using economic theory as well as constructs model to analyze the impact from the most important channel resource. Then analyze the impact from information sharing to industry chain's revenue from an objective point of view. Lastly, this paper analyzes the impact from information sharing to operators' revenuestanding at the policy constitutor------mobile operators, and makes therecommendations of finding the maximize revenue through the model.
