Research On Service Model Of Mobile Operator In China's Agriculture Informatization

At present, as the problem of Agriculture, rural area and peasants in China is becoming much more serious than before, agricultural informatization has become one of the effective ways to solve the problem. After twenty years' development, China's agriculture informatization has achieved a great accomplishment, meanwhile agricultural information participants increasingly diversified. But overall speaking, China's agricultural informatization at a relatively low level, exists many problems, particularly the service model of agricultural informatization still in the initial stage. And, due to the future transformation strategy, China's mobile operator has become an emerging main participant of agricultural information. How to build mobile operator's service model in China agriculture informatization, coordinate the interests of all parties in the industrial chain and provide diverse & different agricultural information to meet the needs of farmers, is not only of great practical significance for mobile operator, but also a challenging theoretical subjects. Based on previous research on the agricultural information service model and the need of current practice, this paper builds a clear and systemic service model of mobile operator in China's agriculture informatization.Firstly summarizing the previous theoretical study at home and abroad, this paper proceeded to the status quo of China's agricultural information analysis, and discussed in detail the current situation and existing problems of China's agricultural informatization service model; then analyzed the strategic need of mobile operators to participate in agricultural informatization; finally, it focused on the agricultural informatization service model of mobile operator, and did a systematic analysis, particularly from the business model, network-building model, resource development model, information transmission model and channel model. And through the case of China Unicom" Tianfu agricultural information network", this paper carried out a theoretical test.As China accelerates the process of agricultural informatization, with participants' diversifying and mobile operators' deeply participating, the agricultural informatization service model will be increasingly mature and perfect. In addition, the convergence of fixed and mobile technology and the accelerating process of industrial restructuring, will further advance the operators' agricultural informatization service model in the future. These changes will be the subject of further study.
