At present, with the rapid economic development, three agriculturalproblems become increasingly prominent, and agricultural informationtechnology is one effective way to solve theproblems. After20years ofdevelopment, the agricultural information construction in China has madesome achievements, and participant in the construction of agriculturalinformation are becoming increasingly diversified. But overall, thereare still many problems in the level of China agricultural informationcompared with developed countries, especially the agriculturalinformation service model is in its infancy. Meanwhile, China’s mobileoperators inforced the transformation of the future strategic plan, andthey have become the main subject of agricultural information service. Atpresent, with the lower the cost of mobile terminals and mobilecommunications, mobile communications in the rural market has been morecommon, so promoting the use of the development of mobile informationservices in rural areas will greatly facilitate the process ofagricultural informatization. How to build the mode of agriculturalinformatization services, coordinate the interests between theparticipant in the industrial chain, provide diversification anddifferentiation of agricultural information and services to meet theactual needs of farmers, is not only of great practical significance forcommunication operators but also a challenging theoretical topics. Basedon previous theory, focusing on the current actual needs, this articlebuilds a agricultural information service model, whose structure is muchclearer. At first this article traces the previous theoretical studiesdomestic and abroad, and then analyzes the operators’ need of a strategicadjustment, discusses the participation patterns for the operators andthe quo of China’s agricultural informatization and the main problems, at last Analyzes the network construction mode, resource development mode,the integration model of development, information transmission mode andchannel mode system, and tests the theory in the sixth section. With thespeed up of China’s agricultural informatization, the diversification ofthe much deeper participation of the mobile operators the agriculturalinformation service model will be much maturer and perfecter. In addition,with the convergence of the fix-line and the mobile technology, theaccelerated process of industrial restructuring, the service model forthe operators will change, and these will be the subject of futureresearch.
