Research On E-procurement Application In Telecom Business

Electronics Procurement is one category of B2B e-commerce. It has been focused on business model by research staffs. But because the softwares based on successful systems are mostly developed in Europe and America, there is insufficient development in domestic research, especially evolved in foreign softwares conflicting with domestic laws and user's practice. So, there is a lot of work waiting for domestic research staffs.Electronics Procurement can bring new business models and new growth to enterprises. My research was based on Supply Chain, Information economics, virtual electronics market and e-commerce theories, merging theories into practices, for making creative progress.The main methods in my paper is using demonstration. China Mobile has been used as Demo, for finding how the large enterprises can make the innovation in Electronics Procurement. There is four key points in my paper.1. QuestionTraditional procurement has its inherent defects because of the tools used. Procurement of large enterprises, such as China mobile in telecom business, has there own characters.2. AnalysisElectronics Procurement can resolve some defects consist in traditional procurement. Using electronics process and other tools, Electronics Procurement E-procurement is one of the important way to solve problems of traditional procurement process.3.
