With the reform of Chinese telecommunication market penetrating deeply, developing new business, excavating new markets and realizing discrepant competition have already been the main market strategies of the major telecom operators. This paper introduces diversified strategies of the branch of China Unicom in Wulanchabu City on the aspects of running attention, selling of products, customer services and human resources. Under the exploration of the differences in marketing, pluralism in business operations, diversity in services and discrepancy in human resources management, it elaborates that in the implementation of diversified strategies of the branch of China Unicom in Wulanchabu, the operators not only focus on contribution of intrinsic discrepancy, but also explore the new forms of diversified strategy positively, making cost accounting in the process of the implementation of discrepant competition strategy. In the end, the paper offers some problems existing in the process of discrepant competition strategy implementation. It requests the operations to reinforce the standardization management of strategy and put an enormous impetus of diversified strategy market into full play.
