Through analyzing the overall environment of marketing place, recalling the process of establishing a marketing place system for the China Unicom Inner Mongolia Branch, this thesis sums up all the important work and achievements in different stages of constructing the marketing channel system, researches the problems exposed in the management process in details. Faced with the new competition situation, the paper introduces the international popular "Long-tail Module" into Place Management operating, clearly put forwards the idea of integrating terminal resources with place and promoting place together with products, then proposes business models of electronic marketing which will be potential in the Internet era.The strategic proposals for the developments of Marketing Place Management mentioned in this article will be put into practice in some subordinate branches of Inner Mongolia Unicom in the next phase. We can test it through practice and constant adjust it. It must will be very significant for our work.
