Analysis And Design Of Comprehensive Budget Management System In Telecom Area

Comprehensive budget management is the overall budget made by an enterprise for all aspects and stages of its economic activities during a certain period in the future. Integrative management is the combination of objective management, norm management, responsibility management and comprehensive budget management with comprehensive budget management at the core. As one way of internal resource allocation for an enterprise, its greatest advantage lies in achieving maximum efficiency in changing circumstances by way of planning, organizing, controlling, coordinating and function integrating to meet the needs of accurate allocation, high utility of the economic resources practical business decision-making and scientific funding. In the implementation of comprehensive budget management in a communication enterprise, over-abundant budget management responsibility centers, detailed budget accounting and complicated accounting procedures are barring the path. In order to resolve these issues, integrating comprehensive budget management with J2EE-based network information system to establish a specialized comprehensive budget management information system is the inevitable choice.Based on the analysis of a communication enterprise's budget management business needs, this paper discussed the architecture design and fulfilled the analysis and design of the enterprise's comprehensive budget management system using advanced development model and platform, which has laid a solid foundation for system development. The comprehensive budget management system discussed in this paper has certain reference value for similar enterprises.
