Business traveling has become a main stream means of traveling in recent years in the world. A large number of competitors are attracted to business traveling industry by its vast market and huge potentiality of development.As a market play rule, many business traveling service enterprises are doomed to be cleaned out by market competition. It is viewed that business traveling service industry has entered the stage of competition by brand. In order to survive market competition, business traveling service enterprises must understand what the core competitive power is on the basis of analyzing its resources. Business traveling service enterprises must implement wholeheartedly the specialization strategy and concentrate on all resources to build up its core competitive power.Company A is one of the examples which acquire core competitive power by successfully implement specialization strategy. This thesis uses A as a study case and researches on its competitive strategies. Then it concludes that local business traveling service companies could survive fierce market competition and become a strong local brand in business traveling industry by choosing correctly and implementing wholeheartedly specialization strategy.
