| The only way of pushing forward the New Socialist Countryside Construction is to develop rural economic and optimize rural industrial structure in which developing the Opening Agriculture act as orientation. Following 30 years of reform and opening-up, Shandong province, which located the well site, has formed the pattern that the whole development of agriculture was driven by the Opening Agriculture. This research makes a demonstrative study on current opening agriculture and the Rural Industrial Structure in Shandong Province. By the establishment of a mathematical model, this paper analyzes the promoting role of opening agriculture in the change of Rural Industrial Structure and the optimizing function of rural employment structure, agricultural product supply and demand structure trade structure, and reveals internal relations between the opening agriculture and the countryside industrial structure optimizes in Shandong province, verifies the promotion of the enhancement and Rationalization of the agricultural industry structure benefited from the open agriculture. Based on the demonstrative study, the thesis finds disadvantages of opening agriculture which go against new countryside construction and promotion of rural industrial structure, and proposes some relevant countermeasures. the study not only enriched the optimization theory of the new rural structure and theory of open-type agriculture development, but also provided a theoretical basis for government department of agriculture's decision making when working out the opening agriculture department plan and the countryside industrial policy.. Finally, the paper takes Shouguang's development of opening agriculture as a example, which is called the township of vegetables to china in Shandong province, and has certificated the conclusion of study and summarized the successful experience to development which in the process of opening agriculture should be promoted. |
