Since the reform and open policy, the development of Chinese economy has been rapid. Small and medium-sized enterprises have made prominent contribution in this course, and they have already become the indispensable constituent of our country socialism market economy. Now that half of the GDP is the contribution of small and medium-sized enterprises, they have become important foundation of the development of Chinese economy. At the same time, the research about small and medium-sized enterprises is relatively lagged behind; it will be helpful to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises when we strengthen the research about it. The problems of the investment of small and medium-sized enterprises are important which link to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, therefore it is necessary to study the investment of these enterprises thoroughly.This thesis tries to discuss the problems which small and medium-sized enterprises meet in investment.This thesis includes the following four parts:The first part introduces the measurement criterion of our country's small and medium-sized enterprises and the present investment situation.The second part elaborates the problems which Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises confronted in investing.
