Research methods: sample surveys, the typical analysis, the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,combining domestic and foreign comparative studies,case analysis, theory and practice with a view to fully integrate in order to improve the practical theory operability.I hope this paper can make theoretical guidance for the long-term development of agricultural machinery cooperatives and provide ideas for management and related department so that the cooperatives will play a more effective role in the rural service for the modernization of agriculture in Heilongjiang Province.
