Research On Private Benefits Of Control Of China's Listing Companies After Stockholder's Rights Mounted Cylinder Reform

In the main topics in economics, finance and management, private benefits of control is one of them. Meanwhile, the special characters make it hard to be measured, attracting many scholars. It exists widely, home and abroad. Many researchers also do research on our country, getting the conclusion that China also meets this problem. But, there's no common idea on how much of it.Stockholder's rights mounted cylinder reform is a historic matter in capital market of China. We have gained a lot till now. Although many listing companies still have problems related to this reform, it is really the fact that most listing companies have made great progress in corporate governance. Meanwhile, this reform must have great impact on private benefits of control.Research on former scholars often focuses on the period before stockholder's rights mounted cylinder reform. But it is not up-to-date. This paper based on this reform, do research on the private benefits of control, and also on the factors that might influence private benefits of control. There are five chapters in this paper. Firstly the meaning and situation of private benefits of control would be introduced and also the paths to accomplish. Many examples would be listed for explanation. Then the historic reform would be introduced and also followed the possible factors that might influence the private benefits of control. In the forth chapter, the paper would use mathematic model to get evidence on the ideas brought up. And finally, conclusion would be made and also possible disadvantages.This paper is based on the stockholder's rights mounted cylinder reform. It is the main difference compared with its counterparts.
