On the backdrop of Internet blossoming, as the fastest growing IT services CDN ushered in the golden age of development. Although CDN turned up late in China, the market demand is huge. Most of the current domestic CDN providers always focus on improving their technology strength, but few of them endeavour to develop and broaden market according to the actual situation in China. Facing the increasingly fierce market competition, domestic CDN providers need to find an effective path to enhance competitiveness.A company is the largest domestic CDN provider. Compared with foreign competitors, market competition experience of A company is obviously insufficient, its operation and management has some problems to be improved. Therefore, it's meaningful to research the market promotion of the CDN product of A company. There are a lot of research articles about IT services, but few of them are specific for CDN. The research on marketing and operation methods of the CDN product of A company has strong reality and representation.Basing on the situation of A company, this paper discusses the problems and the adjustment of strategies in the course of its marketing. First, the paper analyses the international and domestic marketing environment of CDN. Secondly, applies the Michael ? Porter's analysis model about competition forces to analyse the industry and competitors, then summarizes the advantages and disadvantages, opportunites and threats of A company baseing on the SWOT analysis. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, uses the marketing theory acoording to enterprise actuality, formulate scientific and reasonable marketing strategies. This paper strives to offer CDN providers valuable marketing information and to provide reference to market promotion of the other IT services products.
