Based on the study Yu hang company , through the use of Adizes's the corporate life cycle theory, Michael Porter's Competitive Strategy AHP Analytic Hierarchy Process and the related theory and the status of the development of aerospace companies, aerospace companies related to the life cycle stages of positioning, and analysis of its main characteristics of the face of the risks and pitfalls, suitable for the aerospace company into the development of strategies.
