China in Beauty, which was put forward by President Xi in the18th Party Congress ofChina, made a brand new blueprint from an angle of humanity, nature, economy and society.Each industry and their companies are trying in their own field for making this blueprintcoming true. The real estate plays as a leading role in national economy and the real estateenterprises is not only the basic part of the industry, but also have the consumers, nature andsociety connected together like a bridge does. So the level of development of the real estateenterprises would directly affect all of them. The paper studies on the sustainabledevelopment of real estate enterprises and the core part is the obstructions and their solutions.The analytical framework is composed by both the life cycle theory and the niche theory.The research findings are divided into three parts. The concept of the sustainable developmentof real estate enterprises is concluded by the author based on the findings of life cycle theory,the system of life cycle theory supports the study on sustainable development a brand newanalytical system and the niche theory have the study concentrated to avoid a too widepossibility. The study on the sustainable development of real estate enterprises is in a turn ofthe stage of investment and decision making, planning and design, construction, operation andmaintenance.Firstly, exploiting green buildings is the solution to failed market positioning in the stageof investment and decision making. Secondly, sustainable building is the solution tounscientifically design in the stage of planning and design. And then, green buildingtechnology is the solution to the lag in technology in the stage of construction. Finally, greenpricing model is the solution to the unscientifically priced in the stage of operation andmaintenance.Final conclusion goes as: managerially, the real estate enterprises would developsustainably on one level, which is the capacity of understanding of market demand, and themaximization of utility are available among enterprises, consumers, nature and the socialeconomy.
