The growing furious competition among company lead to more attention paid on the function of corporate social capital in the organization, It's valuable to find out which structure of corporate social capital can improve the company achievement best .Based on the past literature review in the field of social capital, a conceptual modal is developed to deduce how the colligation between strategy and corporate social capital influence the company's result. Based on the data of our country' firms , we study how the social capital's three dimensions -vertical relation capital , horizontal relation capital and social relation capital -take effect on the company' performance.In this work, questionnaire was used for collecting data. Total 298 questionnaires was sent out and 88 valid ones was got back. The ratio of valid questionnaire is 29.5%. During the procedure of data processing some methods as T-means, ANOVA, Euclidean distance and Analysis of the Relevance was used to verify hypotheses in the model. Through theoretical exploration and quantitative analysis, some important conclusions are as follows:(1)The degree of co alignment between the type of strategy and the structure of corporate social capital has distinct impact on the performance of company. Based on the analysis of the data, we jump to the conclusion that if firms 's social capital is consist of high social relation capital ,high horizontal relation capital and better vertical relation capital ,then it will have a good performance if the firms take prospector strategy. And if the companies have strong vertical relation capital and the other dimensions of social capital are weak, then it'd better take the strategy of defender. In the end, if the three aspects of company's social capital are all well but not special strong, then we suggest those companies take use of the analyzer strategy.(2) There are different performance impacts of coalignment degree of corporate social capital and strategic among different strategic types. Under the Situation of defender strategy, the correlation coefficience between coalignment degree of the strategy type and social capital structure and corporate performance is greatest, it's 0.402, the second is analyzer strategy, the correlation coefficience is 0.395, and in the prospector strategy, the correlation is lowest ,it's 0.107.
