Today, the focus of the competition concentrates on the human resources especially on the use of human resources. The designing of the salary system is not only an important content of an enterprise's human resources management, but also an essential component of the establishment of a modern enterprise system. Whether the designing would be successful or not would directly affect the future development of the enterprise and its strategic goals. The research subjects of this paper are chosen from Jin Zhao Company where I finished my internship. Through the analysis and shoes research of the current situations, the paper tries to re-design a plan on salary distribution for Jin Zhao Company in the hope of providing a reasonable design and reference for the reform of the company's salary system. In a word, this paper analyzes and designs a salary system for the enterprise producing shoes. The final outcome of the research can also be used as reference for the design and management of salary system of other similar enterprises in our country.
