In the process of providing the service, the power supply enterprise appears the fault is unavoidable. On the one hand, with the electric power market reform, the electric power customer individuality request gradually enhances. On the other hand, the enterprise marketing itself has many problems. Therefore, it is necessary that the enterprise take appropriate remedial measures of service.This article introduces the power supply enterprise service marketing adverse factor and failure detection method firstly, and implementation service recovery for the enterprise, then, the paper design remedial services evaluation system and services remedy evaluation model, and then with the power companies design the questionnaire and survey. Then using the SPSS and the structure equation model (SEM) to analysis and confirm the assumptions in the model. Finally, according to the above analyzed result, the paper proposed the power supply enterprise's service marketing suggestion. |
