The author designs the CRM system for Jiamusi power supply corporation according to the research and study of Jiamusi power supply corporation. At the beginning of the thesis, the concept of CRM is introduced, then, the actual state and the existing problem of the customer service of the power supply enterprises is analyzed. Afterwards, the research object is propounded and the structure of the research is specified. Then, the author introduced the background of Jiamusi power supply corporation, the history of their customer service, the construction of MIS. The author focused on the construction of the CIM in Jiamusi power supply corporation., And then the author analyzed the existing problem of the customer service of Jiamusi power supply corporation.After analyzing Jiamusi power supply corporation CRM system, the author designs the CRM system program, the system model and builds the related models, which applying the Data Warehouse technology and Information Resources Planning and other theoretical tools, then designs the normal customers'credit assessment model and key electric customer's evaluation model of the service quality based on AHP. |
