Research Of Developing Strategy Of Industrial Cluster In Taiyuan Economic And Technologocal Development Zone

This article mainly take the west economic theory and the strategic management theory as the instruction, take practices the question as the guidance, utilization correlation theory such as cluster , area economics and Strategic Management,be tied in wedlock Taiyuan City economic and social development reality, uses method which the theory and actual unifies, research the developing strategy of industrial clusters in Taiyuan economic-technical development zone (be called the Taiyuan development zone for short) .First, inspects and analyzes the common character of industrial development that the whole nation national grade economic-technical development zone,and part of the development zone on the industrial development and the formation of industrial clusters were analyzed. Next, based on the concept of industrial clusters, classification, basic features, the economic effect, the basic theory on the basis of in-depth analysis,systematic studied the Industry Cluster Theory at home and abroad. Once more, on the basis of the analysis in Taiyuan development zone, the profile of the main achievements, current situation and problems of industry, utilized the SWOT analysis to Taiyuan development zone's internal and exterior industrial colony environment has conducted the thorough analysis research. And then, using the Porter's diamond model from Factors of production, demand conditions, support industries and related industries the performance, the corporate strategy, structure and competitors, and other aspects to carries on the analysis of industry competitive ability in Taiyuan development zone, and compared the five industrial cluster development models between the countershaft wheeled, polynuclear type, the netted type, mixed style and the invisible big factory type, chose the development pattern of industrial cluster and the mode of formation in Taiyuan development zone. Finally, starting from the development of industrial clusters within the internal and external environment, this paper from environmental construction, investment, the government role in technological innovation and other aspects put forward the policy proposals of develop industry cluster in Taiyuan development zone.
