Along with the maturation of the market economy, China says good-bye to shortage economy and welcomes the surplus economy unconsciously. The competition among the enterprises is becoming more and more severe as the formation of the buyers'market. The department stores in Tianjin have gone through this historical conversion without exception. The various arisen retailing structures, which are to adapt the developing of market, such as super-market, store and multiple shops have made the competition more severe. At the same time, the intention of consuming is becoming diversified, individualized and multi-level, the degree of genius and psychology consumption is becoming higher and higher. Under the circumstances of rapid change and fierce competition, the department stores in Tianjin, which have the most important position in the commercial development in Tianjin, is living a hard time now. How to break away from the constraint of traditional management ideas and ways and how to adapt the development of market are the vital problem for every operator in the department stores enterprises to resolve.The article chooses some representative department store at the five major business circle in Tianjin as the research object, and have more concrete understanding to the department store market situation of Tianjin on these grounds; According to the analysis on the job competing of the department stores,we can find out a summary which contains some factors influencing the development of Tianjin department stores; And then summing up out the regional characteristics , some shortages and the developing trend of Tianjin department stores enterprises combining with the information; Judging by the preceding analysis result, some countermeasures and suggestions which aim at the developing about Tianjin department stores enterprises work out. In addition, this text emphasizes to chase the theories usage into the practice, pays attention to the study of the actual work, and the research of the purpose lies in a service for the developing the department stores enterprises of Tianjin managing fulfillment, in order to put forward some more beneficial suggestion for it.
