In the past several decades, China has experienced rapid development in economy, the market capacity is increasing continuously, civilian consumption level rose substantially, and different new retail business modes had entered the China market to form daily increasing competition so China store industry face great challenge now.Rainbow Department Store Ltd. is one big Sino-foreign joint venture company which has more than51subsidiary department stores in China until now, it is in rapid growth thus how to adapt to the new environment and successfully prepare new department stores with high speed and low cost has become a big issue.In this article, based on the theory of strategy management and chained operation, integrated with the new market environment, the interregional preparation of Rainbow Company was analyzed deeply. Related problems and solutions were given. Then based on the Keqiao Rainbow Department Store preparation experience, the article explained how to conquer the difficulties in business development, human resource, competition and new environment adaption, and showed the preparation procedure, strategy, plan definitely by borrowing information of Keqiao Rainbow.The last part is conclusion, and some suggestions for Rainbow Company and other companies in this industry were given.
