With the rapid development of scientific technology and economic globalization, the growth and development of enterprises are facing more complex and unstable environment. It is getting difficult to achieve strategic objectives. The formulation and implementation of the strategy must be based on the evaluation of performance. So it becomes very important for a enterprise owners and mangers to find a strategic performance evaluation index system which is more effective.The paper analyzes limitations of traditional performance evaluation index system, states the meaning and features of strategic performance evaluation index system. Balanced Scorecard,Economic Value Added and Key Performance Indicator are currently more popular tools used in corporate strategic performance measurements, the article analyzes them one by one, and states advantages and disadvantages of these three strategic performance evaluation. After comparing them with BSC, we can find that EVA and KPI are based on BSC as the basic framework. So we try to contribute a new set of strategic performance evaluation index system. At last the paper introduces how to get evaluation index's weight.
