Historical View On The Target Of New Countryside Construction Under The Leadship Of Communist Party Of China

New Countryside Construction, not only a social hotspot, but also a hotspot of academic research. When we study the problems on new countryside construction which happened in new China, the communist party of China should be referred. In a way, research on the history of new countryside construction after the found of new China, not only fits the need of widening the area of research on the history of CPC, but also fits the need of deepening research on the new countryside construction. This paper uses the target of new countryside construction as the cut in point to describe and analyze the history of new countryside construction lead by CPC after the found of new China. While summing up the targets and achieving approaches of new countryside construction between generations, the paper also comparatively analyzes some issues throughout the process of variance of the targets. The researcher thinks that: considering the macroscopical background of establishing targets, identity and particularity both exist between different generations; considering the basis of setting targets, there is an change from idealism to realism; considering the ambition of establishing targets, all leaders chase the improvement of every field in countryside of China, but different generation differs in emphases of targets; considering the choose of approaches to make the targets come true, the new countryside construction experiences an change from irrationalism to rationalism. Writer of this essay concluded the following points by studying: at first, the targets of new countryside construction always change, which is not only the consequence of CPC constantly summarizing its history, but also is closely related to the change of society; secondly, It is evident that continuity and uncontinuity of history both exist in the new countryside construction's process, so when we emphasize the difference in different generation ,we should set eyes on identity and extract nutrition from the past; at last, in view of the achieved state of targets in Mao Zedong era, Deng Xiaoping era and Jiang Zemin era, and also seeing the present reality, we should have a cautious attitude on achieving degree of new countryside construction's targets in the 21th century.
