On the bases of Marxist land rent and land market theories, this thesis will make historic review and investigation to China's land economic theory and policy of countryside in reforming and opening period, comparing with that in the period of New Democracy Revolution, Social Democracy Revolution etc.Firstly, this thesis will make division on historic changing of Chinese Communist Party(CCP)'s land economic theories of countryside. In view of the author, it can be divided into six phases in the establishment process of CCP's land economic theories of countryside, i.e. putting forward phase, forming phase, improving phase, developing phase, exploring phase and innovating phase. Great Revolution period is the putting forward phase of CCP's land economic theories of countryside; Land Revolution period is the forming phase of CCP's land economic theories of countryside; The period of the War of Resistance Against Japan's aggression and the War of China's Revolution and the economic resume thereafter is the improving phase of CCP's land economic theories of countryside; Socialism Rebuilding period is the developing phase of CCP's land economic theories of countryside; Beginning period of socialistic construction of China and Cultural Revolution period is the exploring phase of CCP's land economic theories of countryside; and Reforming and Opening period is the innovation phase of CCP's land economic theories of countryside.Secondly, through analysis of Marxist land rent and land market theories as well as China's country situation, the author believe that there still exists differential land rent and absolute land rent in socialistic public–owned system. In socialistic public–owned system, establishing economic relationship between owner of land and renter of land, i.e. renter of land shall pay some rent to the owner of land, not only comply with Marxist land rent theories but also comply with demand of socialistic market economic development.Thirdly, through analysis of Marxist land rent and land market theories and academic viewpoints in China, this thesis will thoroughly discuss Marxist differential rent I, differential rentⅡand absolute rent theory. In the author's view, although current descriptions and explanations of Marxist differential rent I, differential rentⅡand absolute rent theory by academic experts of China are based on Marx's dissertation in Capital VolumeⅢ, these are only middle conclusions of Marxist land rent theory, not final conclusion. The author will try to put forward final conclusion of Marxist land rent theory, thereby give the true nature of Marxist differential rent I, differential rentⅡand absolute rent theory.Finally, through analysis of land ownership reform practice in countryside of China, the author will try to find problems existing in China's countryside land ownership system and come up with relevant suggests, in order to further improve our countryside land usage system, land expropriation system and macro land management system of China.
