Research On The Development Strategy Of Non-grain Bioenergy In Fujian Province

With fossil energy sources drying up and environmental pollution getting worse, more and more countries and regions begin to develop renewable energy sources, particularly bioenergy. Bioenergy source has dual attribute which is renewable and environmentally friendly. It is the only renewable energy which can be produced and added to liquid oil, but the petroleum engine and the related production line needn't be changed, so its superiority is very remarkable.Based on systematically analyzing the situation of domestic and foreign research and development of bioenergy, the paper reveals the advantages and inadequate development and utilization of bioenergy in our country, and proposes that the development and the utilization of bioenergy need be carefully planned and developed progressively from a strategic altitude. Taking Fujian Province as an example, the paper does a specific analysis and research. First, from the present situation and the existent problems of the development of bioenergy, a comprehensive evaluation is made on the need, feasibility and resource potential for the development of bioenergy in Fujian Province. Second, through predicting the future supply and consumption quantity of energy in Fujian, the urgent needs of the development of bioenerg is further stated. Third, through the Analytic Hierarchy Progress, practical sequence of the development of bioenergy in Fujian Province is analyzed. And under the precondition of protecting environment and ecological restoration, the developmental direction and focus of bioenergy in various ecology region of Fujian Province are proposed. Finaly, proposals are offered for the developmental strategy of bioenergy in Fujian Province from planning, policy, technological security system, market operation mechanism, government coordinated mechanism, and other aspects.This research provides the thoughts for the development research of bioenergy, provides the theory support for the development of bioenergy in Fujian Province, and simultaneously also provides a theoretical reference for the development of bioenergy in the other provins and regions.
